The Civic Association Network (CAN), is a loose coalition of civic associations, homeowners associations and other similar organizations devoted to the residents and voters of DeKalb County, Georgia, USA. CAN serves as a communications vehicle for sharing knowledge and a resource for working together on shared issues.
